With the Neck Stretcher you can strengthen your neck muscles, facial muscles and reinforce the stability of your spine. Regular use can lengthen the neck joint. To use it, you need a Pilates Cadillac, a Wall Unit or a Guillotine Tower for Pilates.

  • STRENGTHENS AND STRETCHES THE NECK: The purpose of the Neck Stretcher is to strengthen the musculature of the neck and face, reinforce the stability of your spine, in turn, regular use lengthens the joint.
  • USAGE: The Neck Stretcher for Pilates has a strap that is tied around the forehead and back of the neck; a ring that attaches it to a machine that exerts resistance and two rubber straps that attach to a Cadillac, Wall Unit or Guillotine Tower. Once attached to your forehead, you must pull with your neck so that the machinery exerts resistance and you can exercise your neck muscles.
  • DO NO HARM, BUT USE WITH CARE: Of course, the correct use of the Neck Stretcher will not cause you any harm, but quite the opposite: it will strengthen your neck muscles, your facial muscles and reinforce the stability of your spine. Of course, you must do the exercises with care.
  • IT IS INDISPENSABLE TO HAVE THESE EQUIPMENT: In order to use the Neck Stretcher for Pilates, you must have a Cadillac for Pilates, a Wall Unit or a Guillotine Tower for Pilates.
  • STRONG AND QUALITY MATERIALS: The Neck Stretcher for Pilates is made of high quality and resistant materials. Exercises with this machine must be very precise, so it is designed with great care for proper operation.
