For most inquiries, customers should first contact the seller directly through their Sweatfully account.

This includes:

  • Shipping and delivery inquiries

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges

  • Product-specific issues

Sellers are responsible for providing support related to their products and orders.


Step 2: Escalation to Sweatfully

If an issue cannot be resolved with the seller, customers may request assistance from Sweatfully.

Sweatfully may review and assist with:

  • Unresolved disputes

  • Seller non-responsiveness

  • Platform-related issues

  • Account or technical concerns

Sweatfully does not guarantee resolution outcomes but will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication and review the situation.


3. Communication Method

All support requests must be submitted through the Sweatfully platform.

This ensures:

  • Accurate tracking of requests

  • Direct communication with the appropriate party

  • Faster and more efficient resolution

External communication channels may not be monitored or prioritized.

Sellers

  • Sellers are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe

Sweatfully

  • Escalated requests will be reviewed as promptly as possible

  • Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue


5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient support, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate order details

  • Submit requests in a timely manner

  • Include supporting documentation (photos, descriptions, etc.) when applicable

  • Communicate respectfully and in good faith


6. Limitations of Support

Sweatfully does not directly handle:

  • Product manufacturing

  • Inventory management

Sweatfully cannot override seller policies but may assist in facilitating fair communication.


7. Abuse of Support
