Inspired by the sport of cycling, the BikeErg offers an authentic riding experience that builds power and endurance with every pedal stroke. The BikeErg has the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as the Concept2 RowErg and SkiErg, bringing to cycling the strengths and features we've previously brought to rowing and cross-country skiing. The flywheel uses air resistance to create a smooth, quiet and responsive ride, and the damper is your "gearing," allowing for quick changes to the feel of your ride. PM5 and Device Holder included.
The air resistance flywheel feels like riding out on the road. When you ride faster you encounter more wind resistance and have to push harder. Unlike most stationary bikes, the BikeErg has a clutch, so just like a real bike, the flywheel keeps on spinning when you stop pedaling.

ErgData is our free app for iOS and Android devices that connects to the Performance Monitor. You can choose to erg together with other members of the community on the Real Time Loop, our virtual course that is always open. You can set up workouts straight from ErgData and store them as favorites; take part in the Concept2 Workout of the Day; view additional live information during workouts; track and analyze your progress and more.
With our open-platform monitor you have plenty of apps to choose from as well as ErgData. These apps offer a range of features and functions, including live and on-demand classes, virtual racing, training programs and more. You can ride in virtual worlds on Zwift, take classes in BKool, or video your workouts with WodProof.
It’s easy to change the saddle height with our simple adjustment system. You can even raise it up a few notches without getting off the BikeErg. Move the handlebars up, down, fore and aft for proper alignment, and it’s simple to make adjustments before or even during your ride. The BikeErg fits most standard bike parts, so you can swap in your own saddle, handlebars and pedals for a personalized experience.
The standard BikeErg fits the majority of users. There is also the option of a BikeErg with a low seat, as well as a separate tall seat post assembly, so that no matter your size, the BikeErg will fit you. Please see our Specifications table for more information on sizing.
